Since the establishment, Avicenna Research Institute along with disseminating reproductive biotechnology and infertility findings proceeded to publish the following professional journals.

• Fertility and Sterility Magazine, 1998
• Fertility & Infertility News Magazine, 1999
• Antibody Monoclonal Magazine, 2003
• Reproductive Health Quarterly Journal, 2003

It is worth emphasizing that Avicenna Journal of Medical Biotechnology (AJMB) is also releasing in English since 2009. 

Despite serious planning and effort for continuous publication of the above journals and the audiences' interest, publishing was halted upon the ACECR policy.
