There would be more reliance on the success of a person and organization, when staffs' knowledge and skill conform to society needs, scientific developments and technological changes. Addressing each individual's needs in the organization will create a highly motivated workforce that strives for the best as a whole. Therefore, it is our responsibility to diversify training subjects, make capacity building between ARI staffs and scientific members in order to play more effective role and also run the training courses required for governmental organizations.
