This bureau has been established to assess the professional development of faculty members. All the scientific-research activities of specialists, willing to recruit as a scientific member, will be evaluated by the commission after passing the first year of their employment. If they obtain the optimal scores, the commission analyses their applications submitted for the higher academic ranks (instructor, assistant Prof., associate Prof., and full Prof.) and job positions. Following the approval of the related commission in the Ministry of Health, the final decision will be announced.
